Overview
The Jitterbit Harmony Microsoft Dynamics CRM Connector allows Jitterbit Harmony Cloud Studio to connect with these
Microsoft Dynamics versions:
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
The Jitterbit Harmony Microsoft Dynamics CRM Connector is accessed from the Connectivity tab of the design
component palette:

This connector is used to first configure a Microsoft Dynamics CRM connection, establishing
access to an account on a Microsoft Dynamics CRM server, and then used to configure one or more Microsoft Dynamics
CRM activities associated with that connection as a target within an operation:
-
Create: Creates an object on a Microsoft Dynamics CRM server and is used as a target
in an operation.
-
Update: Updates an object on a Microsoft Dynamics CRM server and is used as a target
in an operation.
-
Upsert: Upserts an object on a Microsoft Dynamics CRM server and is used as a target
in an operation.
-
Delete: Deletes an object from a Microsoft Dynamics CRM server and is used as a target
in an operation.
The Microsoft Dynamics CRM connector uses the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Entity
Reference.
Refer to the API documentation for information on the schema fields.
The Microsoft Dynamics CRM connector requires the use of an Windows Private Agent version
10.1 or later. The agent must be running the appropriate
Jitterbit CRM REST Connector and be configured to access the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server. See Microsoft Dynamics
CRM Agent Configuration for instructions on installing and configuring the agent.
Together, a specific Microsoft Dynamics CRM connection and its activities are referred to as a Microsoft Dynamics
CRM endpoint. Once a connection is configured, activities associated with the endpoint are available from the
Endpoints filter:
