Q: What kind of content can I expect to find here?

A: We strive to make our content as helpful as possible. Jitterbit SuccessCentral is designed to contain much more than traditional "documentation." In addition to descriptions and explanations of user interface elements and functionality, you will find "How-to" articles, Questions and Answers, Overviews, and in-depth best practices. Over time, we will be incorporating videos, webinars and other multi-media approaches to make the experience as rich as possible. 

Q: How do I find what I'm looking for?

A: Our site accommodates several search modalities. You may wish to use the navigation to browse for topics of interest. The navigation is designed to anticipate your questions as you progress through the life cycle of using our software.

Alternatively, you may want to search for something specific. We have a "quick search" in the left sidebar above the navigation. Simply enter your search term in the box and click "Search."


For more powerful search functionality, use the Search Box at the top of the page in the blue navigation menu. You will see that suggested results appear as you type. To select a suggestion, simply click on it. Click on the search icon to submit your own search term.

Q: Can I download pages from SuccessCentral?

A: Yes! We've made it easy for you to consume the content in several ways. On the top right corner of each page, you'll find an icon showing 3 dots. Click this icon and you'll get a dropdown showing various options. You can export the page to either PDF or Word format.

Q: How can I leave feedback about something I see?

A: We welcome your feedback and questions. Look at the bottom of a page of documentation and you'll see a comment box. Use this to post a comment or question to the page. Please be aware that your comment will be visible to other page visitors. If you have a specific concern about your account, please create a support ticket.

Is Jitterbit SuccessCentral mobile friendly?

A: Yes, our website is "mobile responsive" and will present an optimized layout based on the device you are on.

    Have a question regarding support for image conversions/transformations.  I am looking to convert a ColorRIX (.SCU) file to JPEG/GIF format. Is this possible



  2. Jitterbit does not support image conversion.  You could possibly build your own custom plug-in for use with Jitterbit Harmony.

    How to send a success/failure email message ?

    i have given all the mandatory fields and also mentioned the mailing server as and authentications are my gmail credentials.

    Please help me on this issue.

    Hi. You just need to fill in the required fields on the "email message" setup screen and make sure that the firewall that your agent goes through to reach the internet isn't blocking connections to the smtp server. For gmail you'll have to check the "use ssl/tls" check box, and gmail will most likely make you enable a setting on their side to allow jitterbit to send email from your gmail account. If that's required, when you test the email message from studio you should get a message returned from the smtp server that has instructions for doing that.
